Silicone Material Mixing & Color Matching
We measure and mix base silicone, curing agents and pigments in silicone rubber mixers, adjusting hardness and color according to your cup size, target softness and skin tone requirements.
Vacuum Molding & Shaping
The mixed silicone is poured into dedicated breastplate molds and processed on vacuum hydraulic molding machines. Vacuum and pressure help form the shape while minimizing bubbles and ensuring uniform wall thickness.
Demolding, Trimming & Polishing

A: A: For standard models, our usual MOQ starts from around 50–100 pieces per size or color, depending on the design. For new custom designs, MOQ is higher due to mold and development cost, but we can discuss smaller first test orders to help you try the market.
Q: Can I get samples? What is the sample lead time?
A: A: Yes. We can provide standard model samples and custom samples. Standard samples usually take about 7–10 days, while custom samples may take 2–4 weeks depending on mold changes and details. Sample costs can be partly or fully deducted from your mass order.
Q:How long is your production lead time for bulk orders?
A: A: For repeat orders of existing models, normal lead time is around 25–35 days after deposit and final details are confirmed. For newly developed products, please allow extra time for mold making and sample approval before mass production.
